Mezcalosfera - Ensamble with Bicuixe/Coyote/Madrecuixe/Verde

Ensamble of Bicuixe (12 to 18 years) Coyote (12 to 18 years), Madrecuixe (12 to 15 years) and Verde (20 to 27 years). Alfredo Pérez, who comes from a line of mezcaleros, is the maestro of 62 years. Complex with several layers of flavours and nicely balanced, herbaceous, earthy, spiced, and wood tones.
